Plumber versus Handyman
MAYBE you think we are extremely hard on handy men well the picture below was installed by an individual, it is not to Minnesota Plumbing code, and when the homeowner did a truth in housing she was upset she had to re-do. If she would have hired a licensed plumber to begin with she would have saved some money. Now she paid 2 times.
APRIL 21, 2006 -- 3:45 P.M. FRIDAY
TODAY A CUSTOMER CALLED AND SAID I JUST SAW YOUR TRUCK AND I NEED SOME HELP. I HAD A HANDYMAN COME OVER RIP TILE OFF OF WALL, SHUT WATER OFF AND DECIDED IT WAS WAY OVER HIS HEAD.
LICENSED BONDED INSURED and TRAINED

We will gladly list any handy man service as a referral on this site to customers, as long as he shows a license for plumbing in the state of Minnesota as required to work on plumbing, shows a Liability Insurance coverage for doing work on homes, workmans compensation plan if he has employees, and a commercial insurance on vehicle.
If you have microsoft word please view BOB's article below.
