NEW WATER VALVE $35. Includes 1-Ball valve and up to 3’ of pipe.
VENTING IS ADDITIONAL $50. Includes up to 2 - 90 degree ells and 2’-0” of pipe.
COMBUSTION AIR IS ADDITIONAL $300.00
ADDITIONAL 2 YEAR WARRANTY GIVEN BY ESP $99.
For additional warranty T&P Valve must be changed at 3 years and heater checked out.
Charges for new T&P and check out of heater will be $175.00. Work must be performed by ESP.
