DRAWING ONE IS A WET VENT SITUATION CHECK LOCAL CODES BEFORE DOING EXAMPLE MN ONLY ALLOWS IN BASEMENT.
Sizing of piping can vary from state to state but no less than 3" for toilets. And in some states or most no less than 2" underground.
DRAWING TWO: Is a typical vented bathroom which I prefer over wet vent.
DRAWING THREE: Is a typical full bath with a tub and shower.
Keep in mind that 11/2 " pipe is used in most situations but code calls for 11/4" most plumbers do not carry so 11/2" is used or subsituted.
